2. Original packaging intact: The original packaging of the goods (such as outer box, dust bag, etc.) must be undamaged and not missing. Please return it along with the goods.

3. Does not affect resale: The goods must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and free from human-caused damage or stains.

4. Labels intact: The original labels, tags, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc., on the goods must be intact and not removed or damaged.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, opened personal care products, customized items, and clearance items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

III. Return Process

4. Refund: After confirming receipt of the returned goods and verifying that they meet the requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the product; the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

IV. Return Costs and Risks

· Shipping Costs: All costs incurred for returns, including international and local shipping costs, customs duties, etc., are borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.

• Risk Warning: You assume all risks of loss or damage during transit until the goods are returned to our warehouse. If the returned goods are lost in transit or do not meet the return conditions, we may not be able to process your refund.
