We strive to accurately display the materials, sizes, and colors of clothing, as well as the materials (such as 925 silver, gold plating, alloys, etc.) and specifications of jewelry. However, due to differences in monitors, the actual color may vary slightly from the screen display, and some handmade items may have slight individual variations. All sizes are measured manually and may have a normal error of 1–3cm. Product descriptions do not constitute an absolute guarantee of product performance.

4. Special Notes on Jewelry

* Jewelry involves plating, settings, natural stones, etc. Due to different wearing habits and environments, oxidation, discoloration, or slight wear are normal wear and tear. Unless there is significant discoloration or craftsmanship defects, these are not considered quality issues.

3. Special Regulations for Jewelry and Intimate Apparel (Hygiene Restrictions)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following product types are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after receipt unless there is a manufacturing defect:

* All earrings, studs, ear cuffs, and other ear jewelry (non-refundable and non-exchangeable once opened, even if not worn).

* Navel rings, nose rings, and other pierced body jewelry.

* Underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, and other intimate apparel.

* Special custom-made or clearance items marked "non-refundable and non-exchangeable".

For jewelry that is eligible for return (such as necklaces, bracelets, and rings, provided the original packaging can be fully restored), please ensure there are no abrasions or scratches and the tags are intact before returning. Minor marks caused by trying on may be considered as affecting resale.

4. Return Shipping Costs

* For returns due to our reasons (wrong item sent, product with manufacturing defects), we will cover the standard return shipping costs. • Jewelry: Slight unevenness at solder joints, uneven color in natural stone patterns, minimal deviations in size and weight, and minor gaps in chain structure are normal characteristics of craftsmanship and materials and are not considered defects.

• Clothing: Uncut threads, reasonable color differences due to different batches, and temporary wrinkles caused by folding are not considered quality issues.
